L.E.D. (Leaders, Evangelizers, & Disciples)
L.E.D. is exposing teens to bible study, life experiences using Catholic beliefs and values, Christian socializing, and camaraderie. Youth get an opportunity to learn what it means to be a leader with discussion topics such as (i.e., being a leader among their peers and community) Youth become evangelizers through topics such as (i.e., bible scriptures that pertain to social issues in today’s society) Youth get an understanding of what an actual disciple is through the topics from the Catholic Social Teachings (i.e., Dignity of the Human Person, Option for the Poor, Rights and Responsibilities, Solidarity, etc…) Youth experience all these different topics through bible study, games, skits, small and large group discussion, and hands on experiences through service.
